Job Summary
The TK teacher is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive climate for growth in students, provides students with Inquiry Based Learning opportunities; which will build the knowledge, skills and confidence they will need to thrive in a diverse interconnected world; the teacher collaborates with the principal, school personnel and District personnel, parents, and community agencies to provide quality instructional programs and perform other duties as assigned.

• Possession of a valid California Multiple Subject credential with 24 Child Development or Early Childhood units • Appropriate Bilingual or BCLAD authorization, or equivalent • Native or native-like Spanish speaker • A minimum of three (3) years of public-school experience as an elementary teacher preferred • Knowledge of principles, techniques, strategies, goals, and objectives of Dual Immersion programs
