-California single subject teaching credential - Chemistry -Resume -Letter of introduction -CBEST passing status -CSET passing status or subject matter waiver letter -English Learners Authorization (the authorization may be embedded in your California credential) -Three professional letters of recommendation signed and dated within the last two years; one letter must be from your current supervisor - Copy of Transcripts Please attach all required documents. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
