To apply for the position of Instructional Practices Coach you must meet the minimum requirements below: -Valid CA Multiple Subject Teaching Credential w/EL Authorization -Minimum of three (3) years classroom teaching experience
In addition to the requirements above, you must complete the EdJoin application and upload the following documents:
- Copy of Transcript
- Credential Copy (Detailed document from CTC [must show authorization] OR Verification Letter from the University stating program completion date [if applicable])
- Letter of Introduction (Addressed to: Dr. David Appling)
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Signed Letters Required - No more than 3)
- Resume
- Test Results/Materials (CBEST/BSR, MSAT/CSET & RICA [if applicable])

SALARY PLACEMENT INFORMATION
-Salary is dependent upon Degree(s), number of semester units beyond a Bachelor's Degree, CA Credential, and previous experience;
-Additional salary increases are earned for longevity with MSD;
-Additional salary steps can be credited for experience for each full year of prior public school teaching experience with proof of service(s);
-Certificated staff are paid monthly on an 11-month pay schedule (August-June).
WORK YEAR
-Start date is August 20, 2024. The Instructional Practices Coach position works within the teacher work calendar.
