DUTIES/QUALIFICATIONS: Experience or demonstrated knowledge in: • Instructing students, developing program syllabi, goals and objectives • Evaluating students’ progress in attaining goals and objectives • Ensuring students learning outcomes are attained and appropriately recorded • Maintaining program certification requirements, as appropriate • Preparing and maintaining required documentation and administrative reports • Maintaining knowledge of current trends and developing in the field by attending staff development training, workshops, seminars and conferences

Duties/Qualifications:

  1.  EL Authorized
  2.  Ongoing Professional collaboration
  3.  Development of small learning communities
  4.  Standards based instruction and curriculum
  5.  Research based instructional strategies
  6.  Multiple formative assessments
  7.  Basic computer programs such as PowerSchools, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word & Excel
  8.  Working with at-risk youth/working at a Title I school, working with special needs
     populations.
  9.  Multicultural education
  10.  Secondary Literacy implementation.
