Required Qualifications: - 2 Letters of Recommendation - Any combination equivalent to a high school diploma, plus some secretarial courses following graduation - At least three years’ experience in an increasingly responsible clerical position - Ability to multitask and manage time wisely. Experience in bookkeeping preferred. Experience in general office duties such as: Managing the manager's calendar, maintaining a filing system, and providing exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to work independently or in a team setting. Desired: - Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google platform

Must complete Mandated Reporter Training- School Personnel module before first day of employment. When you apply for this position, you will receive an email attachment with the details of this training. Work Week: Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. (includes 60 minute unpaid lunch break)
