Job Summary

Job Summary

CRY-ROP is seeking a candidate with three years of experience in sports medicine or a closely related field. Candidate will be able to teach the practical and theoretical aspects of sports injury prevention, recognition, treatment, and care of sports-related injuries. Candidate has knowledge of basic anatomy and physiology of the human body, mechanism of a sport injury, basic injury evaluation, sports therapy modalities including tapping, wrapping, protective bracing, equipment fitting, follow up care and equipment and techniques used to aid patients in rehabilitation. Candidate has knowledge of medical terminology, infection control, nutrition, safety/first aid. The successful candidate will have not less than three (3) years’ experience in the field and/or education and experience combined that meets the criteria. We will assist with the credential application process, the cost of which is approximately $265 for first time credential holders.
