High School Diploma or equivalent AND: **Six months experience in working with children in a structured environment OR **College level classes in child behavior, child growth and development, education, or child psychology is required. **Must possess and maintain all certifications including CPR and First AID Certification during course of employment. **Current certification in behavioral and instructional strategies as offered through workshops and seminars must be maintained in this position (Lancaster School District or SELPA certification are equally acceptable).

Applicants must successfully complete each part of the examination process in order to be considered further. WRITTEN TEST: TBD - TIME & DATE MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. (PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR AN INVITATION TO THE TEST). SCORING: Written examination will carry a weight of 100%. All examinations must pass with 75% or better. An eligibility list will be in effect for 6 months or until less than 3 applicants remain on the list. If five (5) qualified applicants from the Lancaster School District demonstrate the ability to meet the job qualifications, the position will be filled on a promotional basis.
