DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - A valid California Administrative Services Credential - Masters Degree and a minimum of five (5) years successful teaching experience in an elementary (K-6) setting - Previous leadership experience at the site and/or district level; need not necessarily be administrative leadership experience - Valid California Driver License - Doctorate desirable - Visionary - Growth mindset - A person of integrity and dependability with demonstrated ability to establish a climate of trust and confidence with staff and community
