- Credential
- Single Subject: Chemistry and Biological Sciences Credential or equivalent. Please upload the "Document's Detail" of your credential. For instructions on how to obtain a detailed document see "Print a Document's Detail" by clicking here.
- If Intern eligible, upload an Intern Eligibility Letter in both subject areas. Intern applicants must include exam results and/or proof of registration for exams (i.e. CSET, RICA, TPA).
- Applicants must have one credential authorization and be willing to go on a plan to complete the other within a set period of time. This plan includes being eligible to apply/renew a CTC emergency document which may include passing exam(s) and/or progress toward completion of coursework.
- Please submit official transcripts showing completion of a baccalaureate or higher degree from an accredited college or university.
- Out of country transcripts may be submitted along with an evaluation from an agency approved by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing. For a list of approved evaluating agencies please, click here.
- Three letters of recommendation signed and dated within the last 3 years.
- Acceptable signatures include original wet signatures, Adobe or DocuSign electronic signatures.
- Typed signatures will not be accepted.
