Mojave Unified School District is searching for additional Speech-Language Pathologists to join our staff. The following qualifications are preferred: • California Clear or Preliminary Speech Language Pathology Services Credential, or equivalent • Master's Degree in speech-language pathology from a regionally accredited institution of higher education. The master's degree program must be accredited by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association's Council on Academic Accreditation. • Passage of CBEST or Basic Skills Requirement We will consider candidates who meet the current qualifications for a Speech Language Pathology Services Credential WAIVER through the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC).

In addition to a completed Edjoin application, please submit the following:

  • Credential Copy
  • Letter of Introduction
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 Letters of Recommendation Preferred)
  • Resume

      STATUS: Certificated, non-represented BENEFITS: District paid health & life insurance benefits package, capped at $16,300.00 annually RETIREE BENEFITS: Certificated Specialists who are at least 55 years of age, have been employed by the District for a minimum of 10 years, and who elect to retire early from employment, shall be eligible to continue District-paid health benefits for the retiree and eligible dependents until the age of 65 or until they become eligible for Medicare, whichever occurs first. ANNUAL LEAVE: 11 Sick Leave/Personal Necessity Days (cumulative) 3 Discretionary Days (non-cumulative) 3 Family Illness Days (non-cumulative) 5-7 Bereavement Days (non-cumulative) DEGREE STIPEND: Masters: $1,785 Doctorate: $3,573 LONGEVITY: 3.0% per year beyond the last step DUES: District will cover the cost of dues in one professional organization MILEAGE: Reimbursable
