The Learning Loss Paraprofessional (LLP) is responsible for supporting students in groups and one-on-one with academic intervention. Our LLPs promote positive student behavior and engagement while students work on teacher-assigned instruction. This role also includes subbing for Small Group Instructors from grades K-8. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with peers, teachers, and students, have a deep commitment to student achievement, hold students and self to high expectations, and uphold Navigator school culture at all times.
