Job Summary
Under the direction of the Chief Business Official, plan, organize and direct the District’s new school and modernization projects planning; building and grounds maintenance, custodial services; technology services; warehouse and delivery operations; transportation services and activities; supervise and evaluate the performance of maintenance, grounds, custodial, warehouse, and transportation personnel.

Education: Any combination equivalent to: course work from college, trade school, accredited training programs in maintenance, construction, project management or related field and five years of supervisory experience in construction, maintenance and repair activities. School district experience preferred. Skills: Understanding of school facility design, space use, land use and planning. Any type of background and experience in school site construction is highly desirable. Licenses and Other Requirements: Valid California driver’s license.
