Job Summary
Job Summary
Under general supervision of the Superintendent or designee, plan and evaluate bus routes, supervise driving operations to ensure safety and proficiency, and to do related work as required. Four years of increasingly responsible experience in automotive transportation or fleet operations, and at least one year of journeyman-level automotive repair work. Letter of Introduction Three Current Letters of Recommendation (3) - must be within last 12 months Resume Clear TB Test/Assessment Upon Hire Background Clearance - FBI/DOJ *Must possess and maintain a valid California Class B license with passenger endorsement issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles and a California Highway Patrol permit to operate a school bus. *Bus Driver Instructor Certificate CPR & First Aid Certification
* Class B License & Bus Driver Certificate can be obtained after hire

Lassen High School is located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in Susanville, CA, which is approximately 2 hours from Redding, CA or 1.5 hours from Reno, NV.
District contributes $1333.33/month towards health, vision, and dental package. CalPERS retirement, sick, vacation accruals and paid holidays.
