Saucelito Elementary School, located between Terra Bella and Pixley, is looking for 1 part-time instructional aide for the 2023-2024 school year. Instructional aides provide direct learning experiences; maintains a suitable learning environment; prepares appropriate materials; maintains appropriate student records; and performs other related duties as assigned under the direction of a certificated teacher or administrator. Examples of Duties: < Will work with individual students on Reading, Math, History or Science < Assists teachers in maintaining a cooperative and creative instructional environment. < Evaluates student progress to assist the teacher in education program planning. < Interacts with teachers and supervisor to develop educational objectives for students. < Observes/directs students to maintain proper conduct and self-discipline. < Student supervision during recess and lunch times, as assigned < Janitorial duties, as assigned Hours are from 10 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday Hourly pay ranges from $16-$23 based on experience 182 Contracted Work Days
