Visions is seeking a Office Coordinator to work in the Call Center for our Enrollment Department. Our ideal candidate will be a professional, detail oriented, self starter with student records, call center, and customer service experience. Please indicate on your resume and cover letter any Excel or Google Sheets skills you possess. In general, this position will work a hybrid schedule of 3 days at our office in Carmichael, CA and 2 days from home. However, depending upon the needs of the department this schedule is subject to change. We have a very generous, competitive benefits package that includes 100% employer-paid Medical/Dental/Vision (single), Retirement (CalPERS), Vacation (10 days), Sick and Holiday (22 which includes 2 weeks of paid time off over the holiday season).

~ Minimum of 2 years of clerical experience preferred. ~ Graduation from High School or equivalent required. Some college preferred. ~ Bilingual Russian or Spanish is preferred.
