DEFINITION Under the direction of the Assistant Principal or designee, perform groundskeeping and gardening work at an assigned school; maintain grounds, athletic fields and other related areas. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
Education/Certification/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; training and experience in groundskeeping. Licenses and other requirements: Valid California Driver’s License. (Proof of driver's license and driving record must be submitted by the successful candidate(s) at time of hire) Driving record acceptable to the District’s insurance carrier.
This position is to begin As Soon As Possible. However, a start date is contingent on fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice. Fingerprints will be taken at the time the position is accepted. Fingerprint clearance does not pertain to current employees of the Chaffey District. Must attach all required licenses and/or certifications or you will be screened out.
