Range 17: $21.30 - $32.16 per hour (depending on work experience). Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision. A one-time payment equal to 5% of each bargaining unit member’s annual base salary is to be paid on the October 2022 pay warrant.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education and Experience: Completion of at least one year of higher level education and a minimum of two years of experience in a human resources or employment office is desired. Additional experience may substitute for higher education. Passing the Clerical Skills Level II test is a requirement for this position. If you've already taken and passed this test, you do not need to take it again. Qualified applicants who have not previously taken or passed the test will be contacted for testing. To be considered for hire, candidates must meet the minimum requirements including a successful interview and successful reference checks. Please note that we require three references, one of them must be a supervisor (current or past).
