Substitute Occupational Therapist needed to support Special Education Department for remainder of 2022-2023 SY (May - June 16), ESY Summer Programs (June 21-June 30 & July 17-July 27) and 2023-2024 School Year (August 21 through November 2023). Under the direction of the Director of Student Support Services, provide training and consultation to staff and parents and/or direct services to assist students with an Individual Education Plan (IEP) that designates occupational therapy; participate in Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings and serve as part of a multi-disciplinary team; determine accommodations for assigned special education students; prepare records, assessments, treatment plans, reports and billings.

Bachelor's Degree in job related area. Valid registration by the American Occupational Therapy Association
Experience: Previous work with children; experience working in a variety of settings, including clinic, school, and home; experience working collaboratively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and working with families, training others in the appropriate implementation of educational programs related to the development of motor skills. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy Certificates and Licenses: American Occupational Therapy Association Certification; National Board of Certification for Occupational Therapy; CA driver's license and auto insurance.
