PACE Academy specializes in behavior management, utilizing a level system as measurable data to monitor success. With additional staff in each classroom, behavior can be modeled and monitored without interrupting the academic environment. Citizenship In addition to academics and behavior, PACE Academy also stresses the importance of citizenship and being a productive member of society. Beyond community service projects, we also focus on career readiness through community outreach with local companies.

Comments and Other Information
The District offers up to 15 years of experience credit for placement on the salary schedule. A year of experience credit is any year working in a public school full time for 75% or more of the school year.
Signing Bonus
The District will offer a $10,000 signing bonus for hard to fill positions. The payment shall be paid as follows: 1st half ($5000) to be paid in the first paycheck and 2nd half ($5,000) to be paid at the end of the 2nd school year providing the employee is in active paid status at the time of the final school year paycheck. Unit members hired without a full credential (Intern, permit, waiver, etc) shall become eligible the year following receipt of their credential.
