This Manager III (General) is responsible to manage the district's federal categorical program; ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations, including time accounting and federal program monitoring; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned staff to provide timely delivery of high quality services; support school sites through the development of the School Plan for Student Achievement, the compliant use of allocated funds, the development of the School Site Council, and school accountability; collaborate and support other departments with the development and implementation of related programs and activities; and assist with all functions of the Office of State and Federal Programs designed to provide students access to high quality learning options and a variety of activities to stay in school on target to graduate. Requirements: Any combination equivalent to: bachelor's degree and five years increasingly responsible supervisory and/or management or related experience in area of specialty. Administrative credential required. Valid California driver's license. *** Eight years of management level experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
