Experience and Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field required Two years of successful nursing experience in acute, clinical, or public health setting desired but not required Experience with individuals with exceptional needs in regular and special education is beneficial Bilingual in Spanish/English desired but not required Ability to provide appropriate service to all children regardless of age, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, or disability CPR and First Aid instructors certification is desired but not required Knowledge of pediatric anatomy and physiology, skilled nursing procedures, basic pharmacology, and current school health practice Valid California Public Heath Nurse Certificate is desired but not required Basic computer and word processing skills is desired but not required Organizational skills required for completing flexible tasks/assignments and maintaining timelines for reports and required documentation Effective oral and written communication skills Please be informed that you must meet the minimum qualifications to be considered.
