The Enrollment Specialist independently performs specialized and technical duties in the administration and control of a major segment or function of the Neighborhood Schools and Enrollment Options Department; communicates effectively with the public and district staff on a variety of district enrollment issues. Provides exceptional customer service to the public as well as district staff.

Candidates considered for positions that require bilingual skills will be invited to a Performance Test (Qualifying Only) for oral and written fluency. Bilingual positions qualify for a 5% bilingual differential. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: A combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to four years of recent, full-time equivalent, increasingly responsible office-clerical experience, including public contact and the implementation of enrollment rules and regulations in a public or large private organization. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Possession of a valid California driver’s license and availability of private transportation (mileage expense allowance provided).
