The El Dorado County Office of Education accepts applications for Program Assistant on a year round basis, with no application deadline. This posting will be used to create an eligibility list. This list will be used for current and future openings. *** EDCOE is located 20 minutes from the Sacramento County Line!*** This recruitment will be used to form an eligibility list. The eligibility list will be active for a period of one year and will be utilized to fill current and future vacancies in this classification. Job Purpose Statement: Under general direction of the Program Director, perform difficult and varied coordinating and secretarial duties in relieving the director of administrative, technical, accounting, and clerical details. • Experience: Four years of increasingly responsible secretarial experience including office and/or project management. • Education: Education at a level to demonstrate the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described.
