This application for SUBSTITUTE Teacher - TCOE is for the following programs/sites: *Severely Handicapped Classrooms throughout Tulare County Schools *Court/Community Schools *La Sierra Military Academy *University Preparatory High School *Intervention Resource Classrooms
To inquire and/or apply for a substitute permit, please call or come in and speak to a Credentials Technician.
- Credential Copy (valid Teaching Credential or Substitute Permit)

Teacher of the Severely Handicapped serves students with the most severe handicapping conditions. Some students need total care while others function somewhat independently. All services are provided pursuant to an individual educational plan developed for the children.
