Under the direction and supervision of the Child Care Manager, to perform a variety of instructional activities; to assist in creating and organizing a safe and healthy child care program and environment favorable to learning and personal growth for students, and to do other related work as required.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and skill is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and skill would be: Experience: One year of professional experience working with groups of children. Education: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade, supplemented by training or coursework in child growth and development, recreation or a closely related field
