• Bachelor’s Degree • Bilingual in Spanish/English • Current California Teaching Credential • Current California Administrative Credential or working towards obtaining • Cross-cultural Language and Academic Development (CLAD) Certification • Must meet ESSA requirements • Three (3) years successful experience teaching experience in a Middle or High School setting required (Five years teaching experience in a Middle or High School setting preferred) • A certificate showing that within the last 60 days the person has submitted to a tuberculosis risk assessment and if tuberculosis risk factors were identified, has been examined by a physician, nurse practitioner, or local health department and has been found to be free of infectious tuberculosis • Candidates selected for employment are required to be fingerprinted and cleared by the CA Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigations through the Lewis Center (LCER) • Per California State Public Health Officer Order of August 11, 2021, candidates selected for employment are required to show proof of being vaccinated against COVID-19 upon commencing employment, or will be required to undergo weekly COVID-19 testing
