- Letter(s) of Recommendation (three letters of recommendation regarding the applicant's performance in his/her present position and previously held positions. One letter must be from an immediate supervisor. All letters must be dated within 18 months and have a wet signature)
- Resume (1-2 pages only, providing biographical information about educational preparation, experience and achievements, community and special interests)
