We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of teaching experience with a strong record of improving student learning
  • A BA or BS Degree
  • A California Single Subject Teaching Credential (Preferred) or either an Out of State Teaching Credential or a clear path to receiving a teaching credential within a year.
  • A growth mindset and an ability to remain adaptable to change
  • Strong teamwork and positive communication skills
  • Belief that all Ednovate students will succeed in college and make a Positive Multigenerational Change
