The Project Manager of Early Learning is Accountable for improving student achievement through the effective management of assigned area(s);plan, coordinate, implement, execute, monitor and complete specific assigned projects within allocated budget and according to guidelines to accomplish stated goals; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned staff and provide clear, constructive feedback to improve staff effectiveness. Project Manager * Coordinate and analyze all aspects of formal Early Learning programs (CSPP, CCTR, and TK). * Evaluate information gathered from program assessments (DRDP Infant toddler, DRDP Preschool, DRDP-K and TK benchmark) focused on developing recommendations to improve areas that are identified as areas of growth. * Evaluate information gathered from the developmental assessments and referral process (ASQ, ASQ-SE and Mid-Level Developmental Assessment). * Evaluate and provide ongoing reporting on enrollment and attendance and direct correlation with the formal program contracts with the California Department of Education. * Analyze systems and processes in place that are intended to support centers and school site programs such as budgets allocations, extra pay, safety, and licensing.

Requirements: * Any combination equivalent to: Bachelor's degree and five years increasingly responsible supervisory and/or management or related experience in project management or related area of specialty. * Valid California driver's license.
