Mental Health Therapist - TRAINEES (2 positions available) Paid Stipend Positions: $20,000 Under the supervision and direction of the Director of Special Education and a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, the MHT Trainee to provide a full range of educationally related mental health services to students in grades TK-12, including assessment, development of individual treatment plans and individual and group counseling. To evaluate recommend, and execute remedial plans for pupils whose social, academic, and emotional problems prevent them from profiting to the maximum extent possible in school situations. Improve student achievement through behavioral and mental health counseling complying with Federal and State laws and Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Provide individual and group therapy to satisfy supervision hours required for completion of degree and/or certification
