About the Employer

Welcome to the Bellevue Union School District in Santa Rosa, California. Santa Rosa’s location and its combination of family-friendly metropolitan amenities and natural beauty attract everyone from Generation Y to retirees. Santa Rosa, in Sonoma County, is home to one of the most fertile regions in the United States, making it a culinary and wine-lover’s delight, while also providing proximity to the big city lights of San Francisco, the crashing ocean waves of Bodega Bay, and the majestic Redwood forest. The Luther Burbank Center for the Arts and Sonoma State’s Green Music Center host world famous singers, dancers, comedians and more while both adults and children can enjoy multiple museums such as the Charles M. Schultz Museum, Pacific Coast Air Museum, and the Children’s Museum of Sonoma County. Sonoma County is known for its diverse outdoor recreation options, with over 70 parks and hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails. Right in the heart of this paradise you will find the Bellevue Union School District. We are a welcoming place, rich in diversity, and we’d love for you to get to know us. Bellevue Union School District employs some of the most talented educators in the state who are committing to knowing every student by name, strength and need. Comprised of four elementary schools, and our Early Learning Center, we are a small district serving approximately 1600 students. We offer a Dual Immersion Spanish Language program, extensive before and after school opportunities including music, arts and athletics, and we provide substantial support for our students with special needs and students becoming more proficient in English as an additional language. Though small, our enrollment continues to outpace local and state averages so we are looking to grow our team for the upcoming school year. We seek additional experienced, dynamic, and equity-minded employees who are student-centered and excited to serve our students, families and community. We also would be grateful if you share our employment opportunities with other remarkable equity-driven people who would be enticed by the opportunity to live, work, and serve in the Bellevue Union School District.
