Welcome to Fountain Valley School District. Located in central Orange County, California, FVSD is comprised of seven elementary and three middle schools. We provide rigorous academic programs and social and emotional support to approximately 6,000 TK – 8th grade students from the cities of Fountain Valley and Huntington Beach. - Fingerprint Clearance (If you have not already obtained fingerprint clearance (LiveScan), call OCDE at (714) 966-4306 to schedule an appointment. A $100 fee is due at the time of the appointment via cash or personal check ONLY.)

- Test Results/Materials (Basic Skills Requirement which may be satisfied by one of the following: pass CBEST; pass CSET; transcripts showing proficiency in reading, writing and mathematics; achieve qualifying score on SAT or ACT; pass CSU Early Assessment or Placement; or College Board AP Exams.)
- 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit OR Multiple Subject Teaching Credential - General Subjects
OR Single Subject Teaching Credential - Other
