Under general supervision, oversee the operations of a serving kitchen in an elementary, school intermediate school, or a snack bar or truck for a high school or intermediate school; oversee the expediting of food from a Central Kitchen; set up the serving area for food distribution; clean assigned serving area and utensils; perform cashiering duties and prepare paper work as required; perform cashiering duties and prepare paper work as required; perform related work as required.
