The Human Resources Department is advertising a dual recruitment for HR Technician and HR Analyst to determine the candidate's strengths and skillsets that would best support our organization; however, at the current time, we only have a need and funding to support filling one of these positions. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: • High school graduate or equivalent. • At least three (3) years of recent and progressively responsible work experience as a HR generalist; preferably in an educational or government setting.
