The Human Resources Department is advertising a dual recruitment for HR Technician and HR Analyst to determine the candidate's strengths and skillsets that would best support our organization; however, at the current time, we only have a need and funding to support filling one of these positions. Our ideal candidate would be a perfect match for the analyst role. Please consider applying for one or both positions. The NCSOS Human Resources Team is thrilled to welcome a new member to our team. Our Human Resources Technician will be the face of our organization at the County Office of Education, greeting and assisting visitors and stakeholders to our office. Our ideal candidate will have human resources experience, especially in recruiting and talent acquisition, but we will consider those that have relatable skills that can grow with us. They will be an essential member of our HR team, supporting our efforts in recruitment, benefits, employee demographic management, and employee support. This position will also manage our vital Substitute Teacher Consortium from recruiting, onboarding, and continued support to over 100 substitutes. Because our HR Technician will sit at our front counter, we need a friendly and proficient candidate capable of managing the intricacies of running a front-office, prone to constant interruption, all with a helpful attitude.
