The Board of the Victor Elementary School District announces an opening for the position of District Superintendent as the current Superintendent is retiring. The Board invites an empathetic, people-oriented educational leader with a track record of success to apply. The Board seeks a Visionary, Collaborative, Hands-on, CEO to continue a culture of award-winning educational excellence by first establishing trust through pro-active staff relations. Someone who is committed to the growth and improvement of those being led by being fair and impartial. The District has a history of valuing Superintendent stability and the Board desires a long-term relationship with the selected candidate with a starting date of February 1, 2022.

Appropriate Administrative Credential Master's Degree Experience as a Classroom Teacher Experience as a Site Level Principal Experience as a Superintendent or District Level Administrator Earned Doctorate from an accredited university is desired.
