Job Summary
To provide as a member of the Guidance Department, a comprehensive guidance program for students with disabilities in grades 9-12 and specifically provide activities to meet the needs of their assigned case-load including creating individualized four-year plans toward successful high school graduation, college and career readiness; consult with teachers, staff and parents to enhance their effectiveness in helping students to access general education programs and in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE); and provide support to other high school educational programs, including participation in Individualized Transition Planning (ITP).
