- Credential Copy (Valid / Current 30-Day Sub Permit or Valid / Current Credential)
- Fingerprint Clearance (All fingerprints must be done in Tulare County. They may be done through TCOE at the same time you apply for your 30-day permit.)
- TB Screening Result (Within the past 4 years)
- Test Results/Materials (CBEST or Basic Skills equivalency)
