The Director is responsible for both certificated and classified personnel and reports to the Superintendent as well as the Personnel Commission. San Luis Coastal USD is a Merit System District. Our district is committed to innovation, excellence, diversity and student success; we are looking for an experienced educational leader to support this mission. This position requires an administrative credential as well as five years of public education experience with experience in personnel management, employer/employee relations or similar fields. A Master's Degree or higher in educational administration, personnel administration, industrial relations or closely related area is desired as well.
