All applicants are required to take the Target Success Survey (TS) as a requirement of completion of your application. To determine if you need to complete or retake it, please read all messages completely, especially after the section where it states your application has been successfully submitted. If there is a link for the TS please follow the directions to complete the process. If that link is not there, you have previously met the requirement. Employees that are currently employed in permanent positions represented by a bargaining union (CSEA or Teamsters) are not required to complete the survey. Human Resources staff will not be using the results of this survey when reviewing applications for current permanent employees. Answer all questions completely and accurately. Failure to fully complete application may result in disqualification. Candidates are required to provide detailed information on the application as specified. Supplemental attachments will not be considered in lieu of information on the application. The recruiting process includes a variety of assessments (i.e. written tests, oral interviews and/or performance examinations). All applicant communication will be sent via email from no-reply@edjoin.org to the email address listed on the application submitted. Please make sure that you check your Spam/Bulk mail regularly. Applications are screened using the following uniform and objective criteria; 1. The Education/Experience requirement(s) as indicated on the on the job description 2. The completion and results of an online-researched-based survey Target Success Survey (TS) and 3. The completed application. The step advancement structure is such that, depending on hire date, it could take as long as 18 months before your first salary step increase.
